# Wallets And Tokens

## Wallet + tokens (required for deploying Oracle Programs)

**Canonical URL:** [**https://docs.seda.xyz/home/for-agents/agent-modules/wallets-and-tokens**](https://docs.seda.xyz/home/for-agents/agent-modules/wallets-and-tokens)

Authoritative references:

* Access and Delegate SEDA token: <https://docs.seda.xyz/home/token-overview/access-and-delegate-seda-token>
* Faucet (testnet): <https://testnet.explorer.seda.xyz/faucet>

This module exists because **deploying a new Oracle Program requires a wallet and SEDA tokens**. This is true even if you plan to execute via SEDA Fast later, because Oracle Programs are deployed to the SEDA Network and assigned an Oracle Program ID.

**Rule:** Do not proceed to deployment until the wallet is funded and visible in the explorer.

***

### 2) Create a SEDA address

Follow the token guide steps to create/access a SEDA address in Keplr:

* <https://docs.seda.xyz/home/token-overview/access-and-delegate-seda-token>

Checkpoint:

* You can copy your SEDA address from Keplr.

***

### 3) Get testnet tokens (faucet)

Open:

* <https://testnet.explorer.seda.xyz/faucet>

Action:

* request testnet tokens to your SEDA address
* wait for confirmation and open the explorer link if provided

Checkpoint:

* faucet request succeeds
* explorer shows a non-zero balance for your address

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.seda.xyz/home/for-agents/agent-modules/wallets-and-tokens.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
