Follow comprehensive guides to setup and run the SEDA Overlay Node
This guide follows the seda-overlay-ts repository on GitHub.
The overlay node was tested on a Google Cloud e2-medium instance (2 vCPUs, 4 GB RAM).
Approximately 10 GB of disk space is more than sufficient.
We are currently conducting performance and stress testing of the Overlay Network. While both Bun and Node.js are supported, we recommend using Node.js for best stability.
The overlay is not yet distributed as a standalone executable — it requires Node.js to be installed on your host machine.
